This spacious cottage was completely refurbished in 2010 and is available for holiday letting throughout the year.  Cheyne Cottage is in the centre of the beautiful Wiltshire village of Potterne and, just south of Devizes, it is close to Bath Spa, Longleat, Stonehenge, Avebury, Stourhead, Lacock, Bowood, the Kennet and Avon Canal and the Cotswold Water Park.

Ground Floor  Bright, open-plan, fitted kitchen opening into large dining/family room.  Separate large lounge with 3 piece suite and double sofa bed (folding bed also available if required).  Hallway and large downstairs bathroom (including full sized steel bath).A Mothercare cot, high chair, 2 stair gates, children's toys, games and dvds are all available on request.Bedding and linen are provided for the sofabed and an additional folding single bed can be provided on request.

The kitchen is very well equipped and includes microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, electric hob, oven and freezer,

First Floor  3 good sized bedrooms (2 doubles and a twin) and upstairs bathroom (with shower cubicle) immediately adjacent to first double .All bed linen and hand towels are provided.  Bath towels can be supplied for a small charge.

The whole house has been decorated, fitted out and furnished to a high standard and includes all the modern appliances and equipment you would expect to ensure your holiday is comfortable and relaxed. Cheyne Cottage is centrally heated and bed linen and hand towels are provided. 

Also included are: newly installed wireless broadband, flat screen TV (Freesat & Freeview), DVD, stereo/CD, some board games and DVDs.

There is a large private back garden with large lawn, flower borders and a full width, paved patio with BBQ.

Garden games provided include badminton, football, rugby ball and a children's bat/ball/racket set.

The property has ample off road parking and is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, in the middle of the village, close to the post office and an excellent village shop/supermarket. The  traditional country pub, The George and Dragon, is only a 2 minute walk away and serves excellent, reasonably priced, pub food and has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
